Character Update #6

Another update on the character. The due date is approaching and I feel that progress is going well. The animations are being refined, as all the major parts are done. The character now has three idle animations which will blend between each other in a random order while they are standing still. There are also basic movement animations as well such as walking, jumping and falling. There is also consideration into a death animation once the oxygen supply has run out (more on that later). The assignment also calls for a GUI to acompany the character. This is something I have been thinking about through out the project. I have decided to add a basic inventory system, oxygen meter, jet pack fuel (and acompanying jet pack as a pick up) and perhaps one other feature. The player will be able to walk around the surface of the moon, picking up oxygen tanks to replenish their supply. There will also be a makeshift jet pack which can be collected and equiped, increasing the jump hight.
